• During the period one has a contract and thereafter in the financial administration for a maximum of 7 years.

Provision to third parties

The data you provide to us may be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the purposes described above.

For example, we use a third party for:

• Managing the online environment;
• Managing the (financial) administration;
• Carrying out marketing activities;
• Developing the ProActive Compliance Tool (PCT).

We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not entered into a data processing agreement. With these parties (processors), we of course make the necessary arrangements to ensure the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not provide the data you have provided to other parties, unless this is legally required or permitted. An example of this is when the police request (personal) data from us as part of an investigation. In such a case, we are obliged to cooperate and therefore required to hand over these data. Security

We have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unlawful processing. For example, we have taken the following measures:

• Protify is ISO 27001 certified. During the annual audit, the technical and organisational measures taken by Protify are assessed by an accredited certification body.
